When the birthday rewards start flowing

Yep, two days to go!

My hubby is always amazed at the amount of free and discounted items I receive this month because of my birthday. And believe ne, the offers have been flowing in.

• Free desserts at several restaurants
• Discount on new shoes
• Free burrito at the Tex-Mex place
• Cash back from boutiques

And this morning I got an email from Starbucks that will give me a free food or drink item only on the 5th. Best believe I’ll be there to get my hot chocolate with whipped cream - yum!!!

I am thankful for all the birthday love, and my mama was right. Your birthday should really be an all-month celebration. Yes, turn up a couple of notches more on the day of your birth, but every day should be a day of surprises and fun. You have been so fortunate to be on this earth one more year. Anything and anyone could have taken you out, but you're still here.

So enjoy every single moment of life, and let the blessings flow in to you. You deserve to have them.
